Pre-paid services do not have expiration date. You can reedem at anytime any date during the year. With or without appointment. We do recommend to make an appointment just in case we are fully booked and are not available to attend you when you arrive. This service is only availble at our main location in San Juan. All of our sales are final, only credit to store available. 

Gift Certificate have an expiration date of 30 days. 

 A 50% deposit payment is required when you make your appointments online. Once you book your appointment you will receive an invoice to the email provided. This deposit payment will be credit to your final payment at time of checkout in store.  If for any reason you can not assist to your appointment please call us 24 hours prior your appointment to avoid any cancellation or reschedule fees.
